Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of World Fantasy League (“WFL”), run by MemoryBank LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy.

Free to play

WFL is free. There are no entry fees, prizes, purchases or payouts, and it isn't gambling. Nothing in the game has cash value.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older.
• One account per person. Every member gets exactly one equal vote, so extra accounts to get extra votes aren't allowed and will be removed.
• Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Be a good teammate

• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, or anything illegal in chat, comments or usernames.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around how the game works.
• Use Report on a message to flag it. We and each team's Owner / GM can remove messages, and we can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to show it inside WFL to the people it's meant for (your team or the league). You can delete your own messages, or your whole account, anytime.

Stats and scoring

Schedules, stats and projections come from third-party data and can be late or corrected after the fact. We fix scoring errors when we find them, and weekly results may be updated to match corrected stats.

Not affiliated

WFL isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, any NFL team, or any player. Team and player names belong to their owners and are used only to identify real-world stats.

No guarantees

WFL is provided as it is, without warranties. We work to keep it running and accurate, but it may have outages or mistakes. To the extent the law allows, MemoryBank LLC isn't liable for losses from using the game.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and tell you in the app about significant changes. You can stop using WFL and delete your account anytime, and we may close accounts that break these terms.
