Privacy Policy

World Fantasy League (“WFL”) is a free fantasy football game run by MemoryBank LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect only what the game needs, we never sell it, and you can delete your account anytime.

What we collect

• Your email address and password (passwords are stored encrypted by our login provider — we never see them).
• Your username, and an optional “about you” note.
• Your team, coaching seat, and who invited you.
• What you do in the game: your board and calls, votes, tags, chat messages and position-board comments.
• Basic technical data our hosting providers keep in their logs (like IP address and browser type).

We use cookies only to keep you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run the league: weekly drafts, lineups, scores, standings and recaps.
• To send account emails (sign-in links, password resets) and in-app alerts.
• To show league-wide numbers like ranking accuracy.

We don't sell your information, show ads, or use it for anything outside the game.

Who sees what

• Your teammates see your username, seat, team chat and position-board comments.
• Everyone in the league sees your username, league chat messages and your ranking-accuracy percentage.
• Your board and calls are private: only you see your order. Your board counts equally with every other member's in your team's draft.
• Your email address is never shown to other players.

Services we rely on

• Supabase — database and login.
• Vercel — hosting the website.
• Google (Gmail) — sending account emails.
• Sleeper — NFL schedules, stats and projections (we don't send them anything about you).

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Delete my account. That permanently removes your account, rankings, votes, tags, chat messages and comments. League-wide records that don't identify you (like a team's past scores) stay. Copies in our providers' backups are removed on their normal schedule.

Age

WFL is for people 13 and older. If you believe a younger child has an account, email us and we'll remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
